1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Every MOONPEAK order is handled with care.

• Order Processing Time:
  Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

• Peak Seasons (Holidays / New Year):
  Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during high-volume periods.

• Shipping Fee:
  We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of destination.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because MOONPEAK products are fulfilled through global partners, delivery times may vary slightly based on location.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

We appreciate your understanding — quality products and thoughtful delivery take time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note:

• Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the label is created

• If tracking information does not update immediately, your package is still in transit

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

• Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer

• MOONPEAK is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Customs fees are uncommon for household items, but regulations vary by country.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

• If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at naisaling@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

• Once an order enters the processing stage, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged:

Send us a photo within 72 hours of arrival, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Lost in Transit

If the carrier confirms your package is lost:

 we will send a replacement free of charge.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
